Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to check the status of your shipment. You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent after your purchase.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where to Find Your Order Number

Your order number can be found in:

  • The order confirmation email sent to you after purchase
  • The shipping confirmation email with your tracking details
  • Your My Account page if you created an account during checkout

Order numbers follow the format: #VIP12345 — make sure to include the full number.

What Information You’ll See

After entering your order details, you’ll be able to view:

  • Current order status (Processing / Shipped / Delivered)
  • Tracking number and carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Shipping address summary

Tracking Shows “No Results”?

If you’re unable to find your order:

  1. Double-check that the email address matches the one used at checkout
  2. Verify the order number format — include the # if your number has one
  3. Allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for tracking information to become available
  4. Check your spam/junk folder for shipping confirmation emails
